Abramson, Brown & Dugan Secures A $20+ Million Judgment for Victims of Drunk Driving Crash

In December 2021, Travis J. Worth, heavily intoxicated, caused a devastating head-on collision, tragically killing Kyle Tetreault and severely injuring his brother, Robert. Worth was found guilty of negligent homicide and aggravated driving while intoxicated and is currently serving a prison sentence.
About the Incident: On the night of the crash, Travis Worth consumed multiple alcoholic beverages at two different bars. Despite being visibly intoxicated, Worth attempted to drive home. Witnesses reported that he was “all over the road” and had significant lane control issues. Tragically, Worth crossed the center line and collided head-on with the vehicle driven by Kyle Tetreault, resulting in Kyle’s death and severe injuries to Robert.
About the Victims: Kyle Tetreault, aged 35, was a devoted brother, son, and uncle, known for his warm personality and dedication to his family. He worked as a technician and apprentice electrician, enjoying a vibrant life and was in the prime of his life.
Robert Tetreault, Jr., aged 38, has endured multiple surgeries, extensive rehabilitation, and ongoing severe pain due to the catastrophic injuries he sustained in the crash. Despite his determination and the efforts of numerous medical professionals, Robert continues to struggle with significant pain and mobility issues, and he faces the potential of a below-the-knee amputation. He was a pillar in his family, working alongside his brother and father in their solar panel installation business.
The Superior Court of New Hampshire has entered a judgment for more than $20 million in damages, recognizing the profound impact of this tragedy on the Tetreault family. This award includes compensation for the wrongful death of Kyle Tetreault and the extensive injuries and ongoing suffering experienced by Robert Tetreault, Jr.
