Exeter Hospital Hepatitis C Count Grows to 14 Infections
NH health officials have announced four more people have contracted the hepatitis C virus related to the cardiac catheterization lab at Exeter Hospital. This brings to 14 who’ve contracted the chronic but treatable liver disease. While the count climbs, no one is certain how the cateterization lab at Exeter Hospital became the source of the hepatitis C outbreak.
