Former Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Worker Enters Not Guilty Plea in Sexual Assault Case
Brendan Higgins, 41, of Barrington New Hampshire entered a not guilty plea to two charges of sexual assault of a female hospital patient. Higgins had been arrested in September 2013 for allegedly touching the woman inappropriately while she was a patient at the Dover hospital. Higgins was suspended from his duties as a technician at the hospital shortly after the incident. He is no longer employed by Wentworth-Douglass. The sexual assault trial is scheduled to begin on January 29, 2014.
