Holly Haines Elected Chair of Professional Negligence Section of AAJ
Abramson, Brown & Dugan is pleased to announce that on July 19, 2022 attorney Holly Haines was elected chair of the Professional Negligence Section of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) at the 2022 Annual Meeting.
The AAJ is an international coalition of attorneys, law professors, paralegals and law students working together to promote justice and fairness for injured persons, protect victims’ rights and strengthen the civil justice system through education and disclosure of information critical to public health and safety. The Professional Negligence Section of the AAJ focuses on medical negligence cases including litigation on a variety of negligence cases.
Holly’s law practice focuses on representing patients who are injured by negligent medical care in New Hampshire. She has represented many victims of medical malpractice in a wide array of medical errors and has developed a specialized expertise in bringing claims against the numerous for-profit methadone clinics in our state taking advantage of victims of the opioid crisis. Holly was also recently recognized by Best Lawyers in America®as a 2022 “Lawyer of the Year” in Manchester, NH in the Medical Malpractice Law — Plaintiffs category.
