New Exeter Hospital Hepatitis Lawsuit Filed Today as Count Grows to 31
Foster’s Daily Democrat is reporting that there are now 31 people who’ve been infected with hepatitis C from the Exeter Hospital cardiac catheterization lab according to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Division of Public Health Services (DPHS).
Today we filed another civil lawsuit on behalf of one of our clients who’s been infected with hepatitis C in Rockingham County Superior Court. The eight count lawsuit includes counts for the negligent infection of hepatitis C by an employee of Exeter Hospital, negligent failure to prevent infection of hepatitis C by an employee, and an enhanced damages count relating to wanton or reckless conduct.
