New Hampshire Doctor Who Plead Guilty to Sexually Assaulting a Patient Sentenced 5-10 Years
Dr. Hugh MacDonald, a former affiliate of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, was sentenced five to ten years in prison for sexually assaulting his patient who suffered from several mental health illnesses. According to a recent article in the Union Leader, Macdonald, who was the victim’s primary care physician for several years before he sexually assaulted her, plead guilty to four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault for three incidents that took place in his office in March and April 2018.
